What this form collects

Your email, the public website you want reviewed, your task description, whether you want a free first look or paid audit, country inferred by Cloudflare, selected currency and displayed price estimate, request time and contact consent. Campaign labels in the page link are recorded to understand which publications lead to requests.

For a general or privacy enquiry, we collect your reply email, message, any optional website, request time, contact consent and campaign labels. No audit purchase is implied.

How it is used

We use these details to assess the request, discuss scope and timing, and reply to you. Submitting this form does not buy an audit, subscribe you to marketing emails, or give us permission to publish your review.

Where it is processed

The website and request database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse; rate limiting uses a temporary hashed network identifier rather than storing your raw IP address in the request database. Cloudflare may process technical connection data under its own policies. Request notifications are sent through Cloudflare to our private Gmail inbox. Replies use Gmail. These providers may process information outside Australia.

If an audit goes ahead, selected screenshots of public pages may be processed by OpenAI through JourneyLens. Do not submit passwords, private customer records or confidential information in this form.

Your browser

We save your chosen currency in your browser so it stays selected next time. Campaign labels are kept for the current browser session. This page does not install advertising pixels.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. We keep enquiries while handling them; you can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed. Records required for an agreed paid engagement may need to be retained separately.
